Building a legacy of education through innovation and community.
Legacy Education Collective is a nonprofit education organization reimagining what’s possible when proven schools, bold ideas, and community partnership come together — launching a unified, Infant – 6 model in time for the 2027–28 school year (August 2027).

Together, Empowering Communities for Change
Our Mission
Our mission is to expand access to high-quality, future-focused education by building sustainable schools and programs rooted in academic excellence, innovation, and community trust. Legacy Education Collective exists to ensure students and families are not limited by zip code, resources, or circumstance — and that education serves as a foundation for long-term opportunity and impact.

Our Vision
Our vision is a unified, community-centered education model that prepares students academically, socially, and creatively for the world they are inheriting. By the 2027–28 school year, Legacy Education Collective will operate a fully integrated education ecosystem serving children from early learning through elementary and beyond — combining proven school operations with innovation, technology, and real-world learning.

Why support us?
Legacy Education Collective is built on proven schools and a bold, future-focused vision. Your support helps strengthen academic foundations today while expanding access to innovation, technology, sustainability, and real-world learning for the next generation. Together, we are building an education model rooted in trust, community, and long-term impact.

Built on strong foundations
Legacy Education Collective was formed by building on the strength of two established educational institutions — The Success Learning Academy (TSLA) and The EJ Wright School for Success (TWS) —which will serve as the founding institutions of a broader nonprofit collective designed to expand educational access across generations.
Together, TSLA and TWS bring years of operational experience, trusted relationships with families, and a deep understanding of the communities they serve. Legacy Education Collective honors that foundation while creating the structure, governance, and vision needed to grow what works and reimagine what’s possible.
LEC is not a departure from these existing schools — it is an evolution.
By unifying leadership, strategy, and long-term planning under one collective, LEC is able to:
- Strengthen academic programs and school operations
- Invest intentionally in people, facilities, and systems
- Prepare for the transition of TSLA and TWS, and launch of Legacy Early Learning (Infant - PreK 4) and Legacy Innovation Academy (K - 6th) as part of a broader, integrated education model
This approach allows Legacy Education Collective to move forward with clarity and accountability, while remaining grounded in proven practice and community trust.

What guides everything we build
Academic Excellence & Whole-Child Development
We believe strong academics and whole-child development go hand in hand.
This pillar focuses on delivering rigorous instruction while nurturing the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical well-being of every learner—ensuring students are supported academically and personally.
In practice:
High-quality curriculum, student support systems, and learning environments that help children thrive.

Technology-Forward Learning & Digital Innovation
We prepare students for a rapidly evolving digital world.
This pillar emphasizes STEAM education, engineering, robotics, digital literacy, and innovation-centered instruction that equips students with the skills to navigate and contribute meaningfully in a technology-driven society.
In practice:
Modern classrooms, hands-on learning, and intentional use of technology to enhance—not replace—learning.

Sustainability, Environmental Stewardship & Green Campus Development
Learning environments should model responsibility for the world students inherit.
This pillar embeds sustainability into curriculum, operations, and facilities through green design, outdoor learning, renewable energy integration, and environmental innovation.
In practice:
Sustainable campus planning, environmental education, and long-term stewardship of place.

Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy & Future-Ready Skills
Education should prepare students for real-world problem solving and leadership.
This pillar cultivates creativity, financial capability, entrepreneurial thinking, and applied learning experiences that help students develop confidence, independence, and practical life skills.
In practice:
Project-based learning, leadership development, and exposure to real-world applications.

How the Pillars Work Together
The four pillars are intentionally interconnected. Strong academics and whole-child development create confident learners. Technology and innovation expand how students think and solve problems. Sustainability and environmental stewardship ground learning in responsibility to people and place. Entrepreneurship and financial literacy equip students with the skills to lead, create, and adapt. Together, these pillars prepare students not only for academic success, but to be thoughtful stewards of their communities, resources, and the future they will help shape.
